Promotional Ceramics Ltd operates from a single storey factory in Fenton, Stoke on Trent, in the heart of the Potteries. An unrivalled range of shapes, colours and decorative processes is offered. We decorate the ware using state of the art screen printing machines and hand applied transfers for more difficult designs and our bone china range.

Earthenware Mugs
Several shapes and wide assortment of colour glazes are offered in the range. These mugs can be screen or transfer printed dependent on the nature and complexity of the of the required design. This differential can be discussed with our sales department.

Samples
Pre-production proofs will be sent if the requirement is very large or of a complicated design. Samples are not chargeable unless the order does not proceed. Fine Bone China samples are always charged at cost, as are transfers printed samples.

Artwork
Very often a design will need artwork producing or amending. This will be done at cost and only after an agreement of cost between the client and our sales department.

Packing
Mail order boxes are available for most items in our range. Prices are available on application from our sales office.

Lead Times
Throughout most of our trading year delivery can usually be achieved in 3 – 4 weeks. Lead times can alter during peak times and holidays, but the company will make every attempt to meet your required deadline.

Ceramics
Ceramics is an imprecise science. Owing to the nature of the firing and manufacturing processes the company reserve the right to deliver within 5% of the ordered total. The company cannot guarantee to match exactly a customers colour but will be endeavor to satisfy the requirements.
